Doula Availability

The list below shows which months I’m available and which ones I’m fully booked or traveling. I usually stop accepting due dates about 10 days before I travel and start again a week after I get back.

I work with no more than three clients each month. As you can see in the photo on the right, where she went into labor 13 days after her due date, due dates are just estimates. Limiting my schedule to two or three clients a month helps make sure I can be there for everyone. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me.

  • Sutter Davis Hospital

  • Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento

  • Kaiser Vacaville, Roseville, South Sacramento

    • YES!!! I accept Kaiser Insurance - Commercial and Medi-Cal!

    • SOON!!! I will be accepting Partnership Medi-Cal plans

    • NO, I do NOT accept Healthnet Medi-Cal plans at this time

    • NO, I do NOT accept other commercial insurance plans at this time

This list is kept up-to-date regularly. If your due date is listed below as available, LET’S MEET!

  • August, 2026 - Fully booked

  • September 2026 - Fully booked

  • October, 2026 - Fully Booked

  • November, 2026 - 1 space available after November 15th

  • December, 2026 - 2 spaces available before December 14th

  • January, 2027 - 1 space available after 1/20/27

  • February, 2027 - Accepting Inquiries

  • March, 2027 - 1 space available in the 1st week only

I offer virtual meet-and-greet appointments on Zoom. These one-hour conversations help us see if we’re a good fit. You can book yours today.

  • Please check the availability list above before booking your appointment.

  • Once you fill out the booking form, you’ll get an email confirming your Zoom Meeting ID, date, and time.

  • I’ll email you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm our appointment.

  • I set aside 90 minutes for these meetings, but they usually last about an hour.
